Accountability, support, inspiration, and guidance to help you build healthy, sustainable habits
Weekly 1x1 30 min health coaching sessions via Zoom video conferencing from your phone or laptop. These sessions are targeted and adapted to your needs. Our health coaches will help keep you accountable, check in on your weekly progress, trouble shoot roadblocks and help you navigate the weekends, eating out, emotional eating or other challenges you are facing.
In addition you will be invited to a weekly group support meeting and also to a private Facebook group with other Bluebird clients to share advice, support and ideas.
Bluebird health coaches are dedicated to improving our clients' total health and wellbeing as part of their weight loss journey. Our coaches address areas such as nutrition, stress, meal prep, sleep, movement, habit formation, self talk and more.
The Bluebird food plan focuses on nutrient-dense, whole foods that are satiating and fuel your body so you can look and feel your best. By focusing on the right foods, you can lose weight without counting calories or feeling hungry. No foods are completely off limits but losing weight typically does require some changes to your diet and our health coaches will help you make the changes in a way that fits your tastes and lifestyle.

Carrie Gregory is a Health and Wellness Coach with a BS in Health Sciences (Healthy Lifestyles Coaching) from Arizona State University and a Certified Personal Trainer who is dedicated to improving the overall health and wellness of her clients. Her mission is to move, touch, and inspire others to attain their dreams and goals through self-directed, lasting changes that are aligned with their strengths and values.
